Photon Irradiated Compression as a Tool of Investigating Fundamental Physics beyond Standard Model

We clarify how intense laser irradiation leads to an enhancement of rare processes that may occur within atoms. Non-perturbative calculation using a coherent laser beam gives an exact formula in the large power limit, depending on the laser power. The continuous dipole transition between two atomic levels in lasing atom may be interpreted as repeated cycles of compression and expansion of the electron cloud, thus increasing the overlap with nucleus. A high quality laser may thus provide a promissing tool of experimentally investigating physics far beyond the standard model.
